Brenda Whaley Cantrell

Brenda Whaley Cantrell “Nana”, 74, of Dalton passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

She was the daughter of the late Grady Whaley and Jewell Fortenberry.

Brenda loved her family, horses and excelled at making bread.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby K. Cantrell; daughters and sons-in-law, Dwayne and Moni Cantrell Ray and Roger and Jaime Cantrell Smith; grandchildren, Mason Grady Cantrell Cady, Colten Tucker Smith and McKenna Leigh Smith; brother, Carl E. Whaley (Nancy); brothers-in-law, Ronnie Cantrell (Linda) and Emory Cantrell; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Monday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 12 until 2 PM. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Humane Society of NWGA.
