Clifford Evans Dyer

Mr. Clifford Evans Dyer, 86, of Dalton passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was the son of the late John and Pauline Bramlett Dyer and was preceded in death by his sisters, Annie Sue Wilson and Louise Pope and brothers, J. C. Dyer and Ralph Dyer.

Clifford was a member of Dalton Masonic Lodge 105. He was of the Baptist Faith and loved wood turning, Camping and Photography.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy “Dot” Heard Dyer of the residence and nieces and nephews, Diane Stansbury of Wilmington, NC, Ellen Anthony of Lake Charles, FL, Johnnie Sue Lyles of Baton Rouge, LA, Marsha Hooker of Signal Mountain, TN, Raymond Wilson of Columbus, OH and Gary Dyer of Gainesville, FL.

At Clifford’s request he will be cremated and no memorial services will be held.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
