Donald "Duke" Lynn Williams

Donald “Duke” Lynn Williams, 62, of Dalton passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late JH and Ruth Williams and was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Williams and Hubert Williams; nephew, John Chester; brother-in-law, RC Trammell.
Duke had been a resident of Ridgewood Manor for 17 years. The family would like to thank the staff of Ridgewood for their love and care of Duke, as well as Hamilton Medical Center.
Duke was extremely giving and will be missed by everyone.
He is survived by his sisters, Betty Trammell and Sherion Hornsby; brothers, Virnon (Martha) Williams, Thomas (Joyce) Williams and Henry (Kristi) Williams; sister-in-law, Doris Williams; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Sunday at 2 PM at Christ Reformed Baptist Church of Dalton. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 until 9 at Love Funeral Home. Burial will be in Tilton Baptist Church Cemetery.
