Dorothy Souther Harper

Dorothy Souther Harper, 87, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022.

She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Berry Souther. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Harper; sister, Kathleen Hewitt Grady; grandson, Jeff Baldridge.

Dorothy was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She loved and treated everyone as if she was their “Mawmaw”.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Freida and Mike Morgan; grandson, Austin Morgan; special nephew that she loved like a son, Mitchell and Janice Harper and his family, Kenny and Janae Harper, Owen Harper, Kim and Mark Greene, Ethan Greene and Riley Greene; brothers, Rev. Robert Souther and Charles and Alawayne Souther; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM on Saturday at Love Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home.
