Dorothy Mae Barnett Shuler

Dorothy Mae Barnett Shuler, 83, of Tunnel Hill, GA passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022, at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Jackson and Jessie Mae Barnett; siblings, John Barnett, Gene Barnett, Ford Barnett, Irene Davenport, Carl Barnett, and Willard Barnett; and granddaughter, Kayla Burnette.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Shuler; children, Patricia (Ted) Williams, Jimmy Shuler, Jr., Marie Shuler, and Brad (April) Shuler; grandchildren, Josh, Clinton (Jennifer), Heather, Bryson,  Hollie (Justin) Ashe, Hayley (Dylan) Callahan; great-grandchildren, Tavin Clinton, Gunner Bryson, Rylee Shuler, Asher Bryson, Jessie Shuler, Hutsen Clinton, and Wade Callahan; and siblings, Fannie Vinyard and Earl Barnett. The family  extends thanks to special nieces, Ruth Shrum and Bobbie Adams. Deep appreciation is also expressed to Dennis Clinton for all that he has done for the Shuler family.

Funeral services for Mrs. Shuler will be on Monday, May 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Hope Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on Monday.
