Dorothy Gentry Satcher

Dorothy Gentry Satcher, 99, of Cohutta passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.E. Satcher and siblings, Velma Kiser, Martha Chapel, Harvey Gentry, Emma Tate, Cliff Gentry, J.B. Gentry, Hubert Gentry, Marion Teems and Magdalene Brookshire.

Dorothy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Lynn Satcher; grandchildren, Robbin and Eddie Tankersley, Jay and Mandy Satcher and Hannah Forester; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Matthew Tankersley, Lauren Waldrop, Brooklyn Satcher, Alan Forester, Aaron Padgett and Brianne Forester; great-great-grandchildren, Landon Johnson, Paisley Price and Cali and Daisy Pack; siblings, Ollen Gentry, Pete Gentry and Weldon and Joyce Gentry; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 until 3 PM. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
