Duma Heard Silvers

Duma Heard Silvers of Dalton passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Silvers and daughter, Donna Silvers King.

Duma is survived by her sister, Dot Dyer.

She loved working in the yard and growing beautiful roses.

The family would like to thank Amedisys Home Care, especially Chris Morgan and Denise Beasley as well as Duma’s special sister-in-law, Jane Frye.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 PM Thursday at Love Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 10 AM Friday at Whitfield Memorial Gardens. Duma will be laid to rest in the Masonic section of the cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, the Humane Society of NWGA, or to one’s favorite charity.
