Glennice Phillips

Evelyn Glennice Rollins Phillips, 74, of Dalton, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Dalton Place. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles (Charlie) Phillips; parents, J. F. and Hazel Rollins; in-laws, Lloyd and Dot Phillips; siblings, Carolyn Watkins, Willena (Billie) Brookshire; brothers-in-law, Allen Phillips and Ronnie Phillips; and her beloved dog, Boots.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her children and their spouses, Mechelle (Kevin) Adamson of Tunnel Hill and Kristi (Melvin) Reed of Acworth; brother and sisters, Anthony (Pat) Rollins, Johnnie (John) Tudor, and Jeannie Davis; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joel (Joan) Phillips, Michael (B.J.) Phillips, Steve (Debra) Phillips, and Billie Phillips; nieces, Amy (Derek) West and Stephanie Davis; a host of nieces and nephews from the Phillips side of the family; and great-niece and nephew, Emerson Davis and Nakia West.

Funeral services for Glennice Phillips will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Reverend John Tudor officiating. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m-1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to The Humane Society of Northwest Georgia (P. O. Box 3946, Dalton, GA 30719).
