Jenell Smith

Jenell Smith 93, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Dalton Square.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lillie Mae Brown and was also preceded in death by her husband of 73 years Glen Smith. Jenell was the last living Brown sibling and was predeceased by her nine brothers and sisters.

Jenell is survived by her children, Bruce Smith (Judy) and Ken Smith (Vickie); grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Jamie), Stephanie Smith, Selena Wilson (Michael) and Brad Smith; great- grandchildren, Peyton Joy, Lilli Johnson and Sawyer Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Pastor Bret Yaeger and Pastor Tim Brown officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 AM until 1 PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, where Jenell will be laid to rest.
