Jennifer Jane Shatz

Mrs. Jennifer Jane Phillips Shatz, 54, of Cohutta, Georgia passed away Friday, June 16, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Hilda Jane Terry Phillips and Richard Dawson Phillips.

She was a wonderful mother, wife, sister and aunt. She could fill a room with laughter. Her twinkling eyes and sparkling smile will never be forgotten.

She was a beautiful, compassionate, non-judgmental soul who always saw the best in people and wanted the best for them. Our lives will always be the better because of her time with us. Her light will never be extinguished from our hearts.

She is survived by her husband and daughters, Jonathan Shatz and Gabriella Elyssa Shatz and Grace Devon Shatz; Sister and brother in-law, Amelia Terry Phillips Flynn and Steven Flynn; Nieces, Morgan Anne Phillips, Alexandra Marie Flynn and Kelsey Phillips Flynn. Sister in-law and partner, Francine Shatz and Eric Steinberg; Niece and her fiancée, Tiffany Marlene Shierling and Joanne Racher ; Nephew and his wife, Tyler Garnett Shierling and Melissa Shierling; and many other loving family members and friends.

There will be a small private service for family from 12:00 to 1:00. They will receive friends at Love Funeral Home from 1:00 until 2:30 Tuesday, June 20th.
