Jerry Albertson

Mr. Jerry Albertson, 88, of Dalton passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the son of the late George Washington Albertson Sr. and Cora Albertson and was preceded in death by his infant daughters, Peggy Diane Albertson and Joyce Ann Albertson; infant brother, Herbert Albertson; brother, George Washington Albertson Jr; sisters, Kathryn Lucille Albertson and Mary Nell Albertson Hawkins; and sister-in-law, Jeane Albertson.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Becky Richardson Albertson of Dalton; children, Sally Albertson Brooker and Jimmy of Dalton, Ricky and Debbie Albertson of Freeport, FL; grandkids, Casey Brooker Kyer and Eric, Jason and Sharon Brooker of Dalton; Carly Albertson Morrison and Matt of Chattanooga, TN, Chelsea Albertson Snerling and Dexter of Niceville, FL; great-grandkids, MaKray Kyer, MaLane Kyer, MaKara Kyer, Maggie Brooker, Jolie Albertson, Jase Brooker and Owen Morrison.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chris Mullis, MaKray Kyer and Bill Caylor officiating.

Burial will be in Grove Level Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
