Joan Looper Parks

Joan Looper Parks, 69, of Dalton passed away with her children at her side on Saturday, March 26, 2022 following a long battle with cancer.

She was the daughter of the late Harry Looper Jr. and JoAnn Cox Looper. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Harry Looper III, Carl Lee Looper and Glenn Steven Looper.

Joan is survived by her daughters, Victoria “Miki” Parks and Kimberly Parks; nephews, Todd Looper and Brian Looper and their families.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Thursday at Fellowship Bible Church with Pastor Tim Chaney officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 1 until 3 PM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fellowship Bible Church, 2044 Dug Gap Rd. Dalton, GA 30720.
