Kimmy "Kim" Denise Moore

Kimmy “Kim” Denise Moore, 62, of Newport, TN, formerly of Dalton, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Quillian H. and Duzzie A. Adams Moore; and brothers, John Moore and Tommy Moore.

Kim loved and was deeply committed to her family, always putting them first in every aspect of her life. Her love for her family was returned to her by each family member, all adoring her. She exuded joy in all that she did and those who knew her saw that joy expressed by always having a smile on her face. Kim was of the Baptist faith.

Kim is survived by her sisters, Kay (Doug) Curtis of Chattanooga and Phyllis Roe and Robby Roe of Newport, TN. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

The family cordially invites all of Kim’s family and friends to a celebration of her life on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip Cannon officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
