Linda Gail Long

Linda Gail Long, 60, of Dalton, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Hamilton Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Dorothy Mathis, and her sister, Donna.

Mrs. Long is survived by her husband, David Long; children, Adrianne Brackett (P.J.) of Destin, FL and Wesley Long (Kerra) of Adairsville, GA; grandchildren, Easton Brackett, Brantley Brackett, and Owen Long; mother-in-law, Katherine Long; and siblings, Kenneth Mathis, Chris Withrow, Bobby Lee Mathis, Jr., and Patty Mathis. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service for Linda Long will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
