Lyla Smith Jordan

Mrs. Lyla Smith Jordan passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Ridgewood Manor. She was born March 8, 1925 in the Prater’s Mill community in Whitfield County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Jordan; parents, Roy and Willie Smith, of Dalton; sister, Willie Pauline Smith; brothers, Roy Kell Smith, Willard D. Smith and Troy M. Smith. She is survived by her brother, Odell Smith of Dalton; nephews and their wives, Tony and Bertha Smith of Dalton and Michael and Wendy Smith of Memphis, TN; many other nieces, nephews and relatives.

Graveside services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday at West Hill Cemetery.
