Madeline Lindsay

Mrs. Madeline Holsomback Lindsay, 98, of Dalton passed away Thursday December 20, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late, Clinton and Inez Mills Holsomback and was preceded in death by her husband D.A. “Skeet” Lindsay and two brothers and one sister.

Madeline was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was a great cook and was also an avid gardener and loved growing flowers, but most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon Lindsay Boyd and Frank of Dalton; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Eunice Lindsay of Cohutta, Charles and Carol Lindsay of Dalton; granddaughter, Jill (Jimmy) Manley of Johns Creek, GA; great-grandchildren, Mary Ann Manley and Jay Manley; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Saturday from Noon until the service at 2 p.m.
