Man Ying Chan

Man Ying Chan, 85, of Dalton, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, surrounded by family at her home. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kwok Chu Chan; parents, Wangxuxiang and Zhoucuibao; sister and brother-in-law, Wangwenqing and Tanling, and sister and brother-in-law, Wangwenqin and Huangzhaoroog; mother-in-law, Tai Mui Wong Chan; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Seun Lai Wong and Loun Keng Wong; and, niece, Theresa Wong.

She is survived by her husband, Kam Koon Chan; daughter, Connie Chan; son and daughter-in-law, Albert Chan and Cindy Johnson; sister, Wangweenmei (Zengzhaohong); brother, Wangwenhu (Caisaijin); nephews, Jimmy Wong (Fang), Peter Wong, Wilson Wong (May); Steve Wong (Shannon), and Johnny Wong (Kay); nieces, Winne Wong, Helen Wong; 7 other nieces and nephews, 21 grand-nephews and nieces; and, 11 great-grand-nephews and nieces.

She will be remembered for loving and caring for her family and friends. She enjoyed watching her favorite Chinese TV programs, cooking, and exercising.

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
