Mary Bess Finley Defore

Mary Bess Finley DeFore, 92, of Dalton went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Finley; mother, Ethel King Finley DeFore; step father, James DeFore.

She was a member of Crown View Baptist Church since 1961.

Mary is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Veola Finley of Cleveland, TN; nephew, Kerry Finley of Ooltewah, TN; niece, Belinda Swindle of Knoxville, TN; cousins, Glenda Finley and Eugene Finley; special friends.

A private funeral service will be held. She will be laid to rest at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
