Michael Anthony Hill

Mr. Michael Anthony Hill, age 61, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 3rd, 2024, at his residence.  He was born on Wednesday, August 22, 1962, to the late Mr. Larry and Mrs. Gail Hill.

In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his aunt, Maxine Crump.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Kathy Parker Hill; his sons, Phillip Hill (Melanie) and Noah Burnett (Sam), and his daughter, Amanda Hill.  He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Sawyer and Sutton Hill; June, Jackson, and Nolitta Burnett; and, Presleigh and William Hill.  Additionally, Michael is survived by his uncle, Michael Crump (Maxine); his sister, Christy Handley (John); his half-brother, Danny Hill; his sisters-in-law, Shirley (Steve) Herzfield and Tracy Holcomb; his brothers-in-law, Dennis (Sherry) Parker and Scott Parker; his niece and nephew, Anna and Davis Handley; and, his special friends, Jeff Townsend, Judy and Gifford Langley, and Brittany Langley.

A funeral service to honor Mike’s life will be held on Saturday, July 6th, at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Rev. David Owens officiating.  Mike will be laid to rest following the service in Hill City Baptist Church Cemetery, with Phillip Hill, Noah Burnett, Ethan Holcomb, Jeff Townsend, T.J. Bishop, Dustin Morris, and Andrew Osborn all serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 3:00 P.M. through the service hour.
