Norma J. Roberts

Mrs. Norma J. Roberts, age 89, formerly of Dalton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

She is survived by her son, Mark Roberts of Sugar Hill, Georgia, as well as her nephews, Lenny Faulkenberry of Gainesville, Georgia, and Neal Faulkenberry of Decatur, Georgia.

Norma liked to be on the move and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She continued working until she was 82 years old, retiring from North Fulton Senior Services. Along with her son and her nephews, she traveled to all 50 states as well as to 3 countries. If the door was open, she was going through! Norma was a loyal Georgia Bulldogs fan. Along with others, Norma's commitment to decades of tailgating on football Saturdays ushered in new friendships that became an extended football family that continues to flourish to this day.

A Celebration of Life Service to honor Norma’s life will be held later this spring. In lieu of flowers. Her family asks that donations be made in her memory to Sugar Hill Church, or to the University of Georgia General Fund.
