Robert Stoney Moore

Robert Stoney Moore Jr., 55, of Dalton passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Moore.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Bob and Nancy Moore; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Bill Blackwood; nieces and nephews, Beau and Hannah Blackwood, Allie Blackwood and Jackson Blackwood; great-nephews, Walt and Warner Blackwood.

Stoney loved Catamount baseball and football and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Dessert Storm. He was a wonderful and kind friend who will be greatly missed.

Because of Stoney’s love for dogs and animals the family asks that memorials be made to the Humane Society of NWGA, P.O. Box 3946 Dalton, GA 30719.
