Ronnie James Ensley

Ronnie Ensley, 53, of Dalton, passed away on Thursday, May 26,2022. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Tressie Ensley and Gladys Sharp, and his brother-in-law, Byron Taylor.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Teresa Ensley; children, Cody (Taylor) Ensley, Gracey Ensley, Brady Ensley, and Zack Blackwell (Kenzie); grandchildren, Kaydeen and Sadie; parents, Carl Ensley Jr. and Marca Ensley; siblings, Donnie Ensley, Tommy and Tonja Ensley, Bobby and Carla Maton; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Doyle and Barbara Taylor; aunts and uncles, Johnny and Tammy Gonzales, Jimmy Sharp, Ronnie and Martha Hammons, Perry Ensley, Steve and Beverly Layman, Janie Ensley. Other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Ronnie impacted many children through the years as he coached them in various sports. He was an integral part of the Southeast Raider Football Booster Club. He was known for his servant heart, helping anyone he could who might be in need.

Funeral services for Ronnie Ensley will be on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home. Burial will follow in United Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Love Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Southeast Raider Football Booster Club.
