Roy J.D. Watson

Roy J.D. Watson, 85, of Dalton passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.

He was the son of the late Gilbert and Minnie Trentham Watson.

He was preceded in death by his son, Bryan Watson, and his siblings, Margie Hagler, Anna Lee Thomason and Earl Watson.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Alan Morrison of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Matthew and Rebecca Morrison of Jacksonville, FL and Zachary Morrison of Alpharetta, GA; great grandson, Henry Morrison; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Brown officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
