Russ Cosby

Russ Cosby, 58, of Dalton passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022.

Russ was a 1982 graduate of Dalton High School, where he played football, soccer, and baseball. He had an incredible work ethic and spent his early career in the sample making and printing businesses. In recent years, he loved owning his floor installation company, Russ Cosby Installations. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Dalton.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Cosby; daughters, Jesse Cosby, Sloan and Seth Graham, and Taylor Cosby; grandsons, Bryson and Ethan Page; his parents, Bill and Phyllis Cosby; sister, Del Jackson; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews from the Dalton and the Atlanta area.

Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on Friday at First Baptist Church of Dalton. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 until 1 PM in the Atrium of the church.
