Scott Holsomback

Mr. Sammie “Scott” Holsomback, known to everyone as Scott, passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 3, 2023. Scott was born in Dalton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Drew and Mary Holsomback; maternal grandparents, Pharris and Ruby Bearden.

Scott is survived by his parents, Sammie and Pat Bearden Holsomback; sister, Melinda (Scott) Rhodes, son, Andrew Holsomback; niece, Bridget Scrivner; nephew, Brent (Monica) Scrivner, Blake (Brie) Scrivner.

Service to celebrate the life of Scott will be held, Friday July 7, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Reverend Danny Edwards officiating. Burial will follow the service at West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday July 7, 2023, at Love Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour at 3:00 p.m.
