Scott E. Edge

Scott E. Edge, 57, of Resaca passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.

He was the son of the late Oliver and Ruby Edge and was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Edge.

Scott was known for being loving, generous and kind. He had a special place in his heart for animals. He will be greatly missed.

Scott is survived by his lifelong friend, Kathy Gunter; brothers, David and Joy Edge and Tommy and Vickie Edge; nieces and nephews, Lisa Wilkey, Shanna Tankersley, Justin Edge, Cody Edge, Jared Edge, Krista Edge, Wanda Pickens and Johnny Pickens.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Minister Kevin D. Hollis officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
