Stephen Tyrone Crane, age 73, of Dalton passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lillian Ellison and Ralph Crane, and brother Phillip A. Crane.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Kim Purvis Crane, daughters Dana Crane and Anna Crane of Dalton, Robin Crane of Huntsville, Alabama, sister and brother-in-law, Marsha and Larry Boatner of Silver Creek, Georgia, and sister-in-law Patricia Purvis of Dalton.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of First Baptist Church of Dalton, 311 North Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720 with Dr. Jonathan Barlow officiating.
The family will receive friends in the First Baptist Church Parlor from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Georgia, 1210 Veterans Drive, Dalton, Georgia 30721 or to the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation, P.O. Box 2584, Dalton, GA 30722-2584 designated for Hamilton Cardiovascular Institute.
