Teresa Jean Mathis, 55, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
Teresa was preceded in death by her grandparents and beloved dog, Sam.
She is survived by her parents, Billy and Ann Mathis; brothers, Tim (Linda) Mathis and Billy Mathis Jr.; nephews, Chad (Deidra) Mathis, Case Mathis and Tyler Mathis; grandnieces and grandnephew, Aspen, Emerson and Mallee Mathis.
Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Thursday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Pastor Darey Kittle officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 2 until 4 PM.
