Tim Chesser

Timothy “Tim” Lee Chesser, 64, of Ringgold, passed away surrounded by his loving family at his home on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Tim is preceded in death by his parents, William and Betty Chesser.

Tim is survived by his daughters, Taitlyn Lee Chesser and Taylor Grace Chesser, and their mother, Tammy Orr Chesser; daughter and son-in-law, Samantha (Ted) Fraser; grandchildren, Madison Fraser and Austin Fraser; sister, Paula Tetrault; and brother, William (Karen) Chesser, Jr. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Providing quality workmanship and service, Tim owned and operated T. C. Construction for more than 20 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed cheering for his University of Georgia Bulldogs. But, for those who knew Tim, his heart was devoted completely to the love he had for his daughters. They were his life and he immersed himself in all their activities at school and home. He especially enjoyed watching and cheering on Taitlyn and Taylor in their basketball practices and games.

A memorial service will be held for Tim Chesser at Love Funeral Home on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. The family cordially invites family friends also to a time of visitation at the funeral home from 3:30-4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (3380 Chastain Meadows Parkway, Suite 200, Kennesaw GA 30144, mark “Dalton GA in memory of Tim Chesser”).
