Vivian "Charlotte" Putnam

Vivian “Charlotte” Bunch Putnam, 81, of Dalton passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at her home.  Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Putnam;  her parents, Horace & Morene Bunch, and brother, Ronald Bunch.

One of Charlotte’s most obvious spiritual gifts was that of patience.  She raised and nurtured her family with love and “the patience of Job”.

She is survived by her 3 children and their spouses,  Debbie (Daymon) Duckett, Tammy (Mike) Houston, and Kelly (Amie) Putnam;  grandchildren,  Colby (Melissa) Duckett, Austin Duckett, Sydney (Justin) Overall, Carter Houston, Iris Anne Putnam, Asa Putnam, and Jack Houston;  great grandchildren, Rawling Duckett and Maddox Duckett.

Special thanks to Charlotte’s loving caregivers:  Montine, Terri, and Wanda.  Also, special thank you to Community Hospice nurses: Paula, Cindy, and Amber.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 24 ^th , at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Bridges officiating.  Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.  Charlotte’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 24 ^th from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral.
