Born on August 9, 2023, Xavier Mateo Ownbey brought a brief but profound light into the lives of his parents, Bianca and Leedin Ownbey. Though his time with us was far too short, Xavier's presence left an indelible mark on his family.
Xavier was to join his excited siblings, Josiah, Castiel, and Genesis, in creating a bond that would have been filled with laughter, love, and shared moments. He was to be the newest addition to the Ownbey family tree, linking generations together.
Maternal grandparents Angie and Victor Beaver, as well as paternal grandparents Daniel and Trinadi Ownbey, eagerly anticipated the joy of welcoming Xavier into their hearts. Aunts and uncles Lola Rivera, Cynnamon Beaver, Jadin and Sisly Ownbey, and Kadance Ownbey were ready to shower him with love and create lasting memories.
Xavier's great-grandfather RJ Nicholson and Uncle, Christopher Rivera, both was surely awaiting him with open arms, ready to watch over him from beyond.
While Xavier's time on this Earth was short, his impact is immeasurable. He will forever remain a cherished part of the Ownbey family, a reminder of the fragility and preciousness of life.
A memorial service to honor and remember Xavier Mateo Ownbey will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the chapel of Love Funeral Home. Rev. Phillip Cannon will lead the service, offering comfort and solace to those who loved Xavier.
During this time of grief, let us come together to celebrate the life that Xavier briefly shared with us, and find strength in the love and support of family and friends. In our hearts, Xavier's memory will continue to shine brightly, a beacon of love that will forever guide us.
